You need to sit down and talk with him.. In person, when he's not playing video games. Tell him it really bothers you and you feel he need to make a change or you don't want to be with him anymore.. He'll choose. and hopefully its you

Well really only needed the first paragraph, but I kept on reading and I'm glad I did because your BF has a serious, serious addiction. I'm in a long-distance relationship , and I love to play video games as well. Sometimes I play while I'm talking to my GF on the phone, but most of the time I put it down and try to listen especially because we don't get to spend much time talking throughout the day. I'm also a HUGE sports fan as well and the current NFL season has been a distraction whenever I go visit my GF on the weekends. Despite my devotion, yet I still stop watching the game and I give her all my attention. For him to go all the way to CO from GA just to play video games he's got a serious problem! I know how much he loves video games but he should be able to at least stop playing during his stay with you. Passing up sex is the biggest indicator that he has a serious problem. I don't know how a guy passes up sex under those circumstances when he's being seduced. My GF has gotten me to stop watching my favorite football team by throwing it on me, so what he's doing is very problematic. He may love you, but if he doesn't seek any help you should leave or smash his video game consoles lol.

Well I would ask him is playing games continuously more important than our relationship. My heart and mind is not a game you can just play with when you have time with and shut me off when you feel like you can. I am a human being. He sounds like he needs to grow up and pull his face away from the games and see there is someone there right in front of him that has feelings and quite messing with me.. Like you said and I totally 100% agree put him right on that spot and say hey look you better choose I am a better person than this to be treated this way. If he chooses those games it maybe hard if you care about him, but just remember there are so many others out there that would take the time for you.. Good luck and take care..

It took my brother til the age of 25 to stop playing video games and grow up. Dump him, not worth the wait.

I'd say talk to him about it in person... However becareful in your choice of words.

You're overgeneralizing and that makes it very hard to talk with someone.

*EVERY SINGLE TIME*
*CONSTANTLY*

Most people would react with defensiveness right off the bat... "I do not!" (Of course it isn't constant, and EVERY time.)

Analyze how you feel... Look at how often it is... try and suggest time when you can 'chat' etc. Talk is proven to resolve conflict. (LOL)

When you talk to him, let him know how you feel, but don't try and place it on him... "YOU" is a bad word.

"I feel like I'm being ignored sometimes, and it makes me feel bad. I'd like to spend more time with you, can we get together and hang out?"

something like that.

Ok ...
Its time to dump him saying u r still a kid!
U can't keep up with me anymore....
Keep on playing games, I am going for some one Mature....

Now, if he is serious with u, he will stop the games, & concentrate on u...
Otherwise .....
He is playing with u!
