When was the last time you changed your exercise routine? In order to be effective, you have to change the workout every now and then, so this would be a good time to get into something else.
Learn a new sport, sign up for something that you haven't done yet (maybe a yoga class at the Y)
Sign out a few books from the library that deal with motivation.
Go on a quest for new recipes that fit your diet.
Join an online group for weight loss where the members support each other.
Go to the store and see whether you fit into the size pants that you want to fit into. If you don't... guess what... ;-)

Well make a new goal for yourself. Your first goal for example was to lose 34lbs...maybe your next goal is to fit into one of your old pair of pants in high school. I mean you just got to find something you want and that you desire enough to keep going with the diet. Also I think you should do it in groups. Ask your friends to join, motivating them can help you motivate yourself. Good luck...
