worst I ever tried was some "Graham Crunch"
cereal (not sure on exact name) that came in a
blue box ......... It was shaped sorta like Honeycomb
but it was hard as dog food, and couldn't have
tasted much better : p
Cookie Crisp ran a very close 2nd
I used to eat Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch
straight from the box (no milk) ....... that
was a real "shredder" too ........ ; )

that cereal you mentioned yes is very rough and jagged .....ugh!! I don't know why it's designed like that... maybe tested it with superman or something. I would say another cereal that's dangerous is like, some kinds of granola where the oatmeal is so baked it's like eating rocks. You practically have to go see the dentist after eating it.

is it purely captain crunch that makes your gums bleed. in case your gums bleed actual, like once you eat particular ingredients or brush your tooth think about gingivitis. perchance you should visit the dentist.
