Honor killings of muslim women in Britain is increasing?

last month 2 muslim brothers in britain killed their sister because she was in love with a muslim man who had left islam. Thats called a honor killing in islam, and the human rights commission has reported that such killings are increasing in britain among muslims. most muslim women in britain they say are living in fear of the muslim males in their families.
why is this?

I agree that this honour killing i s one of the wrost things. But this not allowed in islam. It is not religious thing but more likely a cultural issue in Pakistan and India as well(in non-Islamic society)

Well before you say that Muslim believe you have to first investitgate that because in Islam there is no thing as Honor Killing. Instead you should say cultural believes in Middle east.

Such honor killings are a practice in many (may be most) Muslim countries. It is a cultural practice.

As Europe becomes increasingly Muslim (due to immigration and high birth rates), there will be increasing killings of this kind.
