This issue is thus: If you're a legal american citizen doing legal business IN america, there's no problem. The problem arises when the expedencies of business start to dramatically override observance of the LAW. It's that government thing that seems to be the big problem, here.

Mexico needs to go home, and focus on fixing their own problems instead of using 'creative financing' to try and figure out how to get america to pay their bills and solve their problems for them. They need to show some of that independent resolve, the will to stand on their own 2 feet as a nation, and do so IN mexico.
