Shy chicks are deep I think you should really think deep and get clear in your mind what you want. Make sure you know every detail then tell him everything and then just sit back and wait. It won't take too long to see what he's made of between the ears. Thats where it counts.

communicate with him as much as possible... flirt A LOT... never act like you are better than he is... consider you and him equals. Be his friend. Dont fear rejection cuz confronting is the only way you will find out what CAN happen.

just talk to him, tell him how u feel. then u can just come on to him, he may be shy, if he is single and he likes you, then u can take the lead. if you willing to handel the rejection he may put on you, then if so just move on to the next guy, you will have many bfs so don't get bummed out on one, or too hooked either....

perhaps you could try talking to his friends. find out what he likes. if it's a particular activity then participate in that activity. if it is that he's just not interested, then he's not worth the effort. instead, move on.
