U must respect her wishes. Just because you love her and she loves you you cannot force your emotions on her. Just be patient with her. India is more modern today but some women still hold on to their beliefs of not touching and virginity. To her its why take chances before marriage. First its the kiss then thing leads to another, she is just being cautious. Her words to you makes it clear she wants to marry you so if you are not intending of marrying her dont make her do anything which will cause her to regret tomorrow. My advise to you respect her wishes and let love flow on from her too. You never know maybe before the shaadi she might herself make the first move to kiss you.
