Invite her over for dinner. Surprise her with a fabulous meal that you prepared yourself with champagne or wine. Ask her if she enjoys the meal because you have another surprise for her.
Invite her into the living room. Have a serving dish with hot tea and pie. Take the ring and have it sticking straight up out of the middle of the pie. And then ask her how the pie is and to be careful with it because it is a special piece and then we she sees the ring & pulls it out of the pie, propose right at that moment....

romantically.. do something different from the normal kneeling on one knee at a diner or in front of all your friends and relatives.. do something she likes tell her you love her and dont say will you marry me? ask her to be your wife
