well not sure this is a "dating quetion" May be in wrong category but I stay under 1,200 cal a day to maintain weight here are a few of my favorites:

Carrot stix n ranch dressing
Salad
Grilled chicken Breast
popcorn (light salt no butter)
cantelope and watermelon slices

avoid breads, pastas, butter, dairy and potatoes

Celery! It's negative calories .. although, I don't personally like it. I always feel like I'm going to choke on the stringy parts.

Carrots are good, too. So are apples. Rice cakes really aren't that bad.

Pepperidge Farm goldfish .. you can eat almost 60 of those little buggers and it's only 100 calories. Good snack.

I personally prefer pasta, macaroni and cheese, fried rice ... but then again, that's half the reason I weigh a *bit* more than I did 4 years ago ..
