DON H,

christians DO believe that if they kill 5,000 people and then repent, that they will still go to heaven. you severely misread the question.

i find it so funny,,, the connections,,, between people who boast their religions and all of the STUPID spelling and grammar mistakes that they make. and like,, i'm not talking about typos and big words that are misspelled. (i don't judge people for that sort of stuff.) -- but like,,, when they say stuff like, "your dumber for say that" and that sort of thing. they seriously seem like they might be mentally retarded., not to put down retards or nothing. i don't know,,, maybe they just get flustered, and that's why they sound like they're retarded.

from what i know of islam, it doesn't really contradict itself.,, it's still unsubstabtiated and all., it's just that the foolishness is able to remain consistent. christianity on the other hand is a joke,, or uhh,, fundamental christianity at least. there's a contradiction at every corner. so i'd say christianity is dumber.

but,,, if you're asking which religion is worse for society, then i'd definitely have to say islam. true christianity is dead. now even the most hard core fundametalists are really only moderates when compared to the christians from 500 years ago. muslims however, are still living and believing the same way they did 500 years ago. very, very dangerous stuff.

I can not speak authoritatively for Muslims. But if what I have seen in the Koran is correct, some do come to that belief. But it appears that this killing is done in self-defense. So, you have made an unwise, sweeping generalization about Muslims.
And you have made an insane, stupid remark about Christians. Where did you read such an asinine remark as Christians thinking they could kill 5000 people as part of their religion? You must have seen this in a box of Cracker Jacks; no one in any branch of Christianity would ever even think such crap. Who is more stupid? The person who asked the question.

Both are dumb because:
Illogically does each relgion claim that God has human enemies as if God were in conflict and contrast with his "weak" creatures. The thing that gives the followers of each religion the justification to kill and destroy others even if they are of the same religion (Catholics and Protestants in Ireland, Sunnis and Shitties in Iraq, Muslims and Jews in Israel or Palestine) as if God is too disabled to get rid of his enemy. The questions are
1- Does God have really human enemies? and if God has created these human beings, how can he hate or antagonize his creatures? Can you (as a human being) hate your little son or daughter for just urinating in your lap? Can you (and you are a human being) hate or antagonize the statue, the car, the "anything" you have made yourself for just some mistakes or blimishes in them?
2- If you hate or antagonize someone, or something, it means that you have lost either your control, power or communication over them. And thus this someone or something becomes equal to you or you becaome equal to him/it, or, both of you are on the same scale of power, intelligence or effect. Has God lost control, power or communication over the universe? Has God become equal to humans or Have humans become equal to God?
3- How can God charge some people to fight others for his own cause? Has God debated the issue with and convinced them of his cause and the others' offences.
4- What is God's cause which each two opponents are fighting for? Is God's cause purely religious or political or mixtured one?
5- Is there anything common between religion and politics? Are they completely different or are they the same?

I think anyone who places faith above humanity and believes faith over fact is living in a delusional dream state with illusions of grandeur. And so any person from both the Muslim and the Christian faith could be seen as "dumb".But then that is also stereotyping.Which I also try not to do.

you are very optimistic the Christians plan to reduce the world population by 60% that is billions of people .
the only way they can do this is by nuclear war
no people more blood thirsty then these

and both religions are the epitome of dumbness
lets hope that they wipe each other out with out killing too many of the good people in the process ,which is highly unlikely.

Both of those people are dumb. The "Christian" is probably dumber than the "Muslim" though, I think. Assuming that all Christians or all Muslims meet these descriptions is dumbest.

No, Christians don't think that. Considering that most of the population of Americans would be christians in comparison to Muslins I'd have to say Muslims would be the most dumb. They've been trying to slit our throats for years..

what Christians are you talking about? If they're killing people they're not Christians. You must be confusing them with Muslims.

I think it's dumb to spend your time worrying about what religion is dumber. Live and let live.
