A one year old is too young to be using the Internet. Read a book to him or her instead.

Do not start teaching your baby from Web page when he/she is near the monitor .Its not good for eyes for the baby.
Hey its not good for us let alone the kids.

i think 1 is way to young to be using the computer the only thing my 1 year old likes to do on the computer is bash the keyboard and unplug my modem. try reading books they are under estimated my 3 year old learnt all his colors numbers and much more just from books.

You should have assumed enough knowledge to teach a one year old all that he can assimilate other wise you should not be having children.
