Well that might be a good idea if you are going to be using his litterbox, train him to use the toilet and you two should be best chums again in no time.

If you were cleaning it than i understand what you mean by "occupied" but otherwise.....???? And about your mad cat. That's so cute but you can probably calm it down with yarn or something he/she enjoys.
