Currently we are long distance. We are both kinda shy. We live 2 hours apart. We both have day jobs and email eachother at work. We are very good friends right now.

Getting a girl to like you in cyber space is generally the same as getting a girl to like you in a real life situation. Girls, regardless if they are willing to admit it, like to be 'played' with. They want a guy who is fun.... bottom line, show her you are fun. Even if you are really into this girl don't let her see that, the more she thinks you like her the more she thinks she is in control of you. When a woman knows she is in control then she gets 'bored' of you, and turns to someone else. Poke fun of her a little bit, but don't over do it, then turn around and compliment her. Perhaps you can suggest that you two meet for a casual cup of coffee or tea. Nothing special, not a date, but just an ice breaker. Then when your together talk about something you know that you both have in common. You'll be amazed how one thing will lead to another (when I say that I mean in a conversation). After that you can probably tell whether or not our compatible. If yes, suggest a real date. If no, then simply continue being Friends and respect her opinions. Good luck!
