even if you lost 20lbs in 3 weeks that doesnt mean your healthy.. i always thought the point to loosing weight was to try to be healtheir..if its just so you can say its a smaller number then what it used to be then what is the point in loosing?..i would rather see the scale go up knowing that i am eating healthy and gaining muscle then getting skinny super fast...and does any one else ever wonder why people wonna loose and tone up problem areas in 10 days!....thats a unrealistic time frame to even attempt ta do anythang about it then...even if your in pretty good shape it could take up to a month or more to see improvment..the truth is weight loss and physical phitness is not something you can do over night it takes grit, sweat, sacrafice and commitment to take off the pounds and fix your body....no pill or miracle diet is gonna do that for you...they wont make you stronger, healthier, or even tone up your body!..im not trying to be mean just statin' facts...now who agrees with me?:)

well to answer your reply ANDERSON that weight loss does follow and so does your health...like i said you dont have to take pills if you get off your but and put healthy stuff in your mouth....taking a pill to stop your appatite is not good for your body nor will it ever be because you cant consume the nutrients yor bodie needs if your stomach is filled up with some man made junk....im also glad to see that most of you agree...in order to loose weight and gain muscle in a healthy fashion you must train hard and be commited....love daisy

If you go on low calories by curbing your appetite within a week your body will go into starvation mode and become more adept at storing body fat.

If you lose more than 2 lbs in a week your not losing just fat but muscle, water, & electrolytes. If you lose muscle you slow your metabolism.

Dieting alone does not work well. A lifestyle change of proper eating and exercise .Resistance training is very important. Most people think just aerobics does it when in fact aerobics burns as much muscle as fat.

I am answering your question because its very refreshing. I am an RN and work as a consultant for an antiaging firm.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES!

Most people would not understand fat loss (not weight loss) if it bit them in the A S S.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Sounds silly but try to eat around every two hours or so. If you keep your metabolism going constantly it'll move faster. Also as a side note eat healthy and you'll be able to do this with out gaining weight. Also lifting weights will help as well.

Well... let's put it this way:

The little devil in me says: go and take the pills, life's to short to remain fat... and you're gona die for a reason anyway, well, let's make it worth it.

But then, there comes a little angel that says: no, girl... eat healthy, and do exercise, that's the old good way.... you don't wanna get in the hospital and die now... you have too much things to do..... (me: you're not convincing enough)... and you'll lose all your hair and regain all the weight you lost, and even more!!!!

mmmm... that damn angel always wins.... that's why i'm still fat :(

Yeah I understand, people are always asking me of ways to lose fat in a short period of time. Their not doing it to be healthy but just to look good. When will people realize that the shape does the reflect the inside, literally.

I totally agree with you. I guess people these days are never happy with their body or weight so they try to do anything they can to look thinner. Few want to actually get healthier but i think most just want to look better. So yes i agree with you.
