First off, it's fine. Height is an attribute that merely skims the surface. in a relationship. On a positive note, a shorter woman with a taller man is more socially acceptable than if the genders were reversed.
As for ballroom dancing, it's very much possible.
Andre Gavriline and Elena Kryuchkova are a good example of an extremely short woman and an incredibly tall man dancing competition ballroom. They're also married. She has to be closer to 5 foot tall and he is definitely over 6 feet tall. They won the American Ballroom Challenge at the Ohio Star Ball which was featured on PBS. If you'd like to see photos, the link I've provided has photo links of the couple in competetive action.
I have befriended many other couples who have very obvious height differences and dance competetively. Don't let this height difference discourage you from enjoying dance in both a social and competetive manner!

there's a percieved fantasy that all and sundry sturdy black men are in penal complicated or lengthy gone white or gay. properly from what i can see is from own adventure is that some black women are too pushy and significant. i imagine to a black guy especially this emasculates them and seeing that of this they date white women because they're more effective submissive. If those similar women might want to take a seem from interior of they could see that the issue lies with themselves and under no circumstances with white women. some take care of fellows like property and compared to human beings. i in my view have under no circumstances dated black men yet I honestly have worked with and commanded sufficient to understand why they experience the way they do in route of a few black women.

usually tall or very tall men like to be in a couple with a short woman and the other way around. the man feels like he can protect the tiny, fragile woman, and she feels beter protected by him than someone her height
so yes, this is a good couple ;)

That's fine. I am 5'3" and my husband is 6 foot. It's not such a big difference but I like it. He makes me feel feminine and petite.

It doesn't matter what anyone thinks other than the two people involved.
My Mom always said "their is a lid for every pot" -- so if it works for them, that is all that matters.
