i need to know so.....i dont want break the law by letting him ride the long bus...because his kind usually rides the short bus...

Yes he has the right to ride the long bus. As long as the long bus takes him to where he needs to be, and he wears his helmet. My dog is a civil rights lawyer, if your cat gets booted off the long bus, just give him a call. He takes on these cases all the time.
