I know i can unbraid them one at a time but i need something quicker

A greatttt way to remove micro braids is to use hair conditioner in the shower. put a whole bunch of conditioner in your hair, then it should slideeeeeeee out. If not all, then most. I get my hair done all the time and everyone knows it, and ask me how do i do it. and that's it!!!

Other than having someone else unbraid them I don't know what else you can do. Maybe you can cut it up to where your hair ends. Then use some "Unbraid" spray. That makes the hair slippery and may make it easier to come down.
BTW this is why I am scared to get micros my self.

Cut them off at the base.That's what I did to my best friends...She looked adorable with short hair.
