First of all. It's Jehovah
2nd. It's Yahve pronounced yave. It's Hebrew in the Old testament.
Is this what your really searching for? Now, Jesus said what?
I would suggest calling God, what He says to call Him.

I prefer Jehovah because I also am so familiar with the name Jesus and would feel uncomfortable using Yeshua for his name. I think Jesus was only using "Our Father" to show all of us the relationship we all have to God. It is sad that so many people are still determined to believe that God and Jesus are equal when Jesus said, "my god".

Yahweh (YHWH) is God's personal name for all the ages> Jehovah is a false and incorrect name for God, since it was a superstitous jewish mixture of YHWH and "adonai" which means lord...since they thought weren't deserving of saying God's true sacred name> therefore christians know him as God the father.
