I know that dreams are evidence of what is going on in our subconscious minds combined with daily activities. For years I would dream someone (who I didn't know) was breaking into my house. I would try to get away and just before the person "got" me, I would wake up.

The last couple of dreams I have had were about someone breaking into my house, but I got away to safety in time. In the first dream it was my uncle's ex-wife breaking in. In the second one it was someone my husband knows.

What are these dreams really about?

Let me analyze the dream

Breaking in the house = Privacy invading
Uncle's ex-wife / someone your husband knows breaking in = Insecure feelings toward people you thought you trust.

You have a typical dream of insecurity. Being broken into the house shows that you may be insecure about certain things. And when you mentioned your someone you know who broke in. That shows that you subconsciously may not trust those people who may be close to you. Yes, in your dream, they don't seem to be your close friends, but your projection tells me that those are people you know.

I could be wrong, but this is how I see from your dream

Dreams make me wonder too if there’s any significance! In your case, it looks like some insecurity problem but then again I could be wrong! Don’t let this get to you sweetie, as you seem to get away to safety in the end right? That’s what matters! No harm done! Here’re few of my dreams:

1. In Feb 2000, I saw a huge snake attacking people and I was running around helping children and the elderly to safety. I was not able to save my 25 year-old sister and helplessly watched her being swallowed by the monster! The following week she committed suicide!

2. In May 2006, I dreamt I was in a hospital recuperating and a lot of friends were around. On 01st of June, I had to undergo an emergency surgery to remove my right ovary due to torsion! It was a feeling of dejavu. Like I was there before and the room I was in looked somewhat familiar as in my dream! (This was my first surgery)

3. Sometime in 1998, I climb the stairs to the terrace as I see a girl walking in front of me. There was something strange about this girl. I keep following her and ask her to stop walking. She suddenly stops and turns back I see myself! She’s me! Boy, was it unnerving! I run back down to my apartment and see myself in a coffin, there are people around but don’t respond to me despite my futile attempts to make them know I was there! This particular dream will be registered in my mind forever!

Luckily, I am still alive!

There is a "Dream" book at a mystical book store such as Mystic Dragon...or some other store than deals in dreams...Find the book...I think you are working through some kind of fear...it's ok though...tell yourself that before you go to bed at night...that it is alright!!!

SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE TRUST ISSUES WITH THESE PEOPLE, I READ SOMEWHERE THAT IF YOU DON'T KNOW A PERSON IN YOUR DREAM--THEN THEY ACTUALLY REPRESENT 5 PEOPLE THAT YOU DO KNOW (I DONT KNOW IF THATS TRUE). HAS EITHER OF THESE 2 PEOPLE EVER CROSSED A PERSONAL LINE WITH YOU OR DO YOU FEEL MAYBE THAT THEY HAVE INVADED SOME PART OF YOUR PRIVACY. MAYBE COULD THESE PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN TIME AWAY FROM YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND?
