I personally like the big four; bourbon, scotch, irish, and canadian. I can't say I like one over the other because they're all good. So where ever you are I'll raise a glass of whiskey and toast you.

I like canadian whiskey best. Sour mash bourbon just tastes loud. Nothing better that a single malt anyway. My favorite is Crown Royal mixed with a splash of coke and a splash of sprite, chilled strained shot-called Three Legged Monkey. Got in a lot of trouble with those once.....

I'm not much a drinker, actually, but I absolutely looooove to cook with good bourbon. I've got a bottle of Maker's Mark Black tucked up in the cupboard. Can't have a good barbeque without it.

Don't tell anyone, but I like the taste of tequila. Yeah, I know.

I stopped in Shannon, Ireland on my way back from the Middle East and at the Duty Free Store I picked up a bottle of Dean Powers 18yr old Whisky. It's the best I have ever come across and I can't find it here in the States. It's a real shame.

My favorite would have to be Irish whiskey (like Bushmill's or Jameson) next would definitely have to be some good bourbon.

Thusfar Woodford Reserve bourbon and Dalwhinnie 15 year old single malt scotch. I'd like to try Laphroaig. I'd also like to try Macallan 30 year old someday, but damn it's pricey.
