Hookah is not for marajuana/hash and it is mildly better than cigarettes. Look at the stats on the pack of shisha. 0% tar and .5% nicotine... now look at the stats on a pack of cigarettes .... not to mention the fact that there is fermeldahyde, (you know, dead people juice), and other assorted chemicals that are in it so, the answer to your question would be no smoking a hookah is not worse than smoking cigarettes.

I've never tried it but I saw on the news that it is worse then smoking. And if you think about it...nothing other than fresh clean air should be entering our lungs..anything else is harmful.

I love hookah.. especially the apple flavor... It seems lighter than a real cigarette, but is probably just as bad for you.

Yes. Marijuana/hashish smoke is much worse than cigarette smoke. It's like smoking a whole pack at once. Depends on your DNA. If you've got good DNA, you'll live a long, long time, no matter what you do.

Yes, it can be. Non-smokers are lured into it, thinking it to be harmless but it isn't.
