Im from Texas so I really love Mexican food. I also love fresh made pasta from my own kitchen. I make it from scratch and add fresh herbs from my garden and garlic to to pasta itself. Then I make the sauce with garden tomatoes and herbs and meatballs. Man. Yum. I really like quiche if I make it myself. Breakfast anytime is good. But my fav is fresh hot peppers that have ripened in the sun to a beautiful red color. I eat them with everything.

Cheese, all different types of cheese. I'm not one of those freaky cheese connoiseurs but i do like cheese, followed very closely by pancetta, actually, served with, pancetta, a nice cabernet jelly, some black bread, smoked salmon, a nice verdelho, and campari on the rocks to finish

A "Good Roast Beef" slowly cooked in the oven with Veggies. Yum!

A slow cooked Turkey smoothered with ionions and potatoes, and carrots. Basted every hour with butter gravy. And stuffed with homemade stuffing.
