Can centrum help my 13 year old cousin grow taller?how much taller?how much time is it gonna take?thank you for your help

Well, first of all, Centrum is a time release vitamin right? Time release technology has not been perfected in vitamins yet, so....if he has a fast metabolism, the vitamin my not time release before he passes it out of his body. So, I dont think Centrum would do him any good. find another vitamin, and I am not sure that a vitamin would make a difference on his height anyways.

no it won't and centrum doesn work very well. It doesn't absorb well in the body. This new liquid vitamin is supposed to be the best. It will help your cousin's nutrition yet won't help him grow taller.

No. Tell him to eat right, and he will get as tall as his genes allow......
