I always just throw random stuff in a blender and taste test it. If you peel and freeze a ripe banana, add a strawberry yogurt (you can freeze that too, if you'd like) and ice, it works pretty well. I like blending a chocolate slim-fast shake with frozen bananas, too. Experiment. Blenders are fun.

I used to make banana smoothies all the time. The only thing is that I added a little bit of honey to the recipe below. I would NOT add sugar.

BANANA SMOOTHIE

1 c. milk
1 ripe banana, cut into halves
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1-3 ice cubes

Place milk, banana, vanilla and ice cubes in blender container; cover. Process for 20 seconds. Pour into glass. Serve and enjoy. Yields: one smoothie.

You don't have to measure exactly, and smoothies are very versatile. Cut up a banana into blender, add about a cup of ice, about 1/2 cup yogurt, some sweetener like honey or raw sugar, just a tablespoon or so. Add a little milk, maybe 1/3 cup and blend. If it is too hard, add more milk, if it is too slushy add more ice.

If you like, being as it is summer add some other fresh fruits like peaches or strawberries to it. Yum.

a million banana sounds high-quality, and the recipe sounds especially ordinary. i'm in love with banana smoothies. each and every time i'm getting the possibility to purchase one, I do, because of the fact maximum places will in simple terms make you a strawberry-banana smoothie once I in simple terms want in simple terms banana.
