I usually find that if I am visiting a place for a first tim, I will take a package to be guided first. Identify possible places for re-visit later.. Tour package also tend to pack a lot of places in a short time which is fine by me. I get to see what I like. And because of packaging, the price can be low. So I will recommend taking a package the first time or youwill not know what to see and visit in the new country.

Tour packages are cheaper then booking everything separately.

my friend, average people don't want to face any problem while not at home, besides they haven't the adequate knowledge about the place they want to roam, so they follow a guideline by buying tour packages.
