body wash when I was shower seems to make it smoother but it's not going away. And I have large red circles-like pimples on my arm no matter how many times I clean them/stay clean. Any advice? What could they be? Can I get ride of all the acne on my arms and back (as little as there actually is)?

Is it also older, even guys older than me and keep clean, or try to all the time, that has this problem?

Here are some REALLY good, and very inexpensive ways to treat most acne at home. Try each method (unless you’re allergic to the ingredients) until you find one that works best for you. Good luck =) BTW, I know some of these may sound bizarre but try them…what have you got to lose other than the acne!!

1. Put toothpaste on your acne before going to bed. (Make sure it is paste not gel). It should reduce the swelling of acne noticeably.

2. Dab egg whites on your acne and leave on for 20 minutes or overnight. It’s supposed to pull the infection out of the blemish.

3. Wash acne infected areas twice a day with warm salt water. This reduces oils in the skin and helps to dry the acne up without further agitation.

4. Use ice on acne before going to bed. This works best on pimples that have not yet formed a head. It reduces swelling and helps to prevent scarring.

5. Wash and dab acne with cotton balls that have been soaked in vinegar. Let dry; do not wash off immediately.

6. Place strawberries leaves over your acne and the alkalinity will help to reduce the swelling.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

There are methods, to remove it at all... but you have to do something for it, to change some habits... , that's not easy for the most people. Or you choose the comfortable way; medication and long term treatments.

small advice;
no coffee and tea, no spicy or non vegetarian food, sweets, fried or oily food, for a while, it will help your body to clean itself, and to regain. to avoid any shock reaction of your body, before starting the diet, ask in the pharmacy for a non chemical way to clean your digestion-tract. while the diet, do it regularly, in the morning. 1-st weak every day, 2 weak every second day, 3 weak every third day and so on till you stop, and do not repeat it for at least half year. try that... it's not difficult, it won't harm you, but it is beneficial for your whole body, not only for your skin.

your skin shows what is happening inside your body, and your body shows that you have stress, trouble. I'm also not sure about your age, but it might be the effect of the "boiling" hormones inside you.
if you want to know more, ask...

Well you should probably consult a doctor. Dermatologists are awesome at that stuff. Either a prescribed medication or topical might help. After activities where you are sweating make sure you get all the dirt off your body or it will clog your pores and create blackheads and pimples everywhere. hope this helps?

yeah- go to the doctor. Acutane might be your best bet. Just make sure you dont get preggy while using it. Acutane basically dries up your sebatious glands.
