Not for most adults. It could be that they are talking about teenagers who stereotypically engage in oral sex without any type of commitment or even knowing the person very whell. Still I would think that the statement is a huge exaggeration.

Say what? I've been greeted and greeted plenty of women with a casual hug but I can honestly say that I've never done so with casual oral sex

I've never heard of anyone getting a sexually transmitted disease form a hug, but you sure can from oral sex. The answer then is no.

I don't get oral sex from my kids, or my mom or dad. I don't get it from random people that want hugs to, so I would just like to know what you are talking about?
