Visit your dentist for deep cleaning of your teeth and use some anti tartor toothpaste+mount wash. Remember, you must clean your teeth by a Dentist.

I hate the dentist. so I went when I was a senior in high school and my parents had to pay for it. I went 18 years with out a dental check up. I went in for chipped tooth I had gotten from a Chinese buffet. I had one small cavity and no plaque after 18 years. My friends told me how painful it is having plaque removed. The dentist had never seen anyone who did not have plaque after going 18 years without a check up. I use tator control tooth paste, I do not floss or use mouth wash. I do brush six to seven times a day and when I say brush I give my teeth and gums a good scrubbing and cleaning. My dentist told me she has never had to tell anyone this before, she told me to stop brushing so much that I am brushing away my gums. I looked and I saw what she meant. I have more teeth then gums......

For starters you need to brush at least once a day, but with what you already have a build up of you might want to consider going to your local dentist to have your teeth properly cleaned.

This will include having your teeth scrapped with a small tool that sort of looks like a miniature sickle, this will remove all the build up of tartar and also scale.

Looking after your teeth is just so important because once you stuff them up you will never be able to grow new ones (unless they are baby teeth).

Take care and get that ring of confidence

Have your teeth cleaned at the dentist's. Buy a tartar control toothpaste and brush and floss twice a day. Rinse with Listerine to prevent it from building up again.

"Gumline brushing." Place the bristles of your toothbrush at the where the teeth and gum meet and make little circles or jiggles. This breaks up plaque at the gumline and helps prevent tartar.

Go call your dentist and make an appointment for a deep cleaning. This is important, although it is not the most pleasant thing to endure.
