I have to go to a bridal shower for my boyfriends sister an I was wondering what to get her. I was looking at her registry and found a tablecloth set and the matchign napkins she wanted, i that good?

Anything from her registry is a good idea. Or, get her a gift certificate to the store she's registered with.
And for the wishing well, most people usually get small, inexpensive stuff, like ... bath soap, measuring spoons, corn cob holders, spices (garlic salt, pepper, paprika) ... etc.

The shower gift should be something more personal for the bride. The tablecloth and napkin set is something more for a wedding gift. A wishing well is for cards that have money$ in them. You place the card in the well. If you know she is having a wishing well at the shower than maybe she would prefer money.
