You have probably never fallen in love if you are asking this question. It happens to most people, sometimes more than once. It is something most people hope will happen to them, not just desperate losers. It can be a mental health issue if the person you fall in love with does not love you back, or if both are in love and for some reason cannot be together. It is not in any way a psychosis...that would be along the lines of someone stalking another person. I don't know what "reality losed" means, do you mean "reality lost?" If so, that happens often when people fall in love, but it is a nice "reality lost", just two people concentrating on each other, and being happy they are in love.

Falling in love is not a dream or a loser, but if the other party doesn't pay mind to you, that is a serious problem. Try to be friendly, nice and patiente and see what happen. To rush a relationship is not a good thing, the other person might be shine like you and haven't find the way to let you know its feeling.

neather i think cause you can't control your heart and what it does falling in love is normal and completely uncontrolable cause it's like i told a friend of mine you can't just say "oh i think that i'm going to fall in/out of love on this day at this time in this month and during this year" because you don't know if you will or not so it's really natural to fall in love

it's not a health "issue." it's a miracle. according to science, we "make up" love. it doesn't really exist. but science cant explain the special and nervous feelings we have for another person.
