I need to send emails to customers in China. But they prefer receiving message in Chinese despite they can read English.

if it's business related you should hire a professional to write your messages. chinese is a very complex language and you may end up insulting your clients. isn't your business important?
trust me on this one. i work in the translation's field and you wouldn't believe the errors i have seen. and those free translations sites are not accurate. i have tested them and the results are hillarious.
