That would change the entire environment of Africa drastically... animals are an equivocal part of the African ecosystems, and it is better that they should be poached than that they suffer endless mental stress, as well as innumerable deaths due to lack of grazing areas.

It is possible, but it would do far more harm than good, especially for all of Africa, and for the entire world.

While you can remove the large animals from Africa en mass, you will cause massive ecological changes for the worse as their environment is dependent on just those animals to perform vital ecological functions. Remove the animals, the eco systems are damaged and may in fact collapse. As a simple example, in Africa wonderful fresh water large ground water springs called Ozamas are inhabited by stable groups of hippos whose dung in the water feeds algae, shrimp and fish that in turn feed large alligators that also feed on hippo elderly and young. If human hunting exterminates either the hippos or the alligators, the springs eco system collapses and quickly becomes lifeless. Thus, we are reminded that all life performs crucial functions to maintain a healthy enviroment we arrogant humans little understand from micro to macro sized life forms. You could remove the large African animals but you would destroy their enviroment by so doing this.

Where in the world or in this case in the USA would you put them? You want them caged up or just let them roam free? And the cost I wouldn't even want to think about it. If GOD wanted those animals in the U.S. he would have put them here. Besides people will begin to poach them here too.Moving them here isn't going to solve the problem.Maybe you should start your own campaign to save them from being poach instead. So good luck with that.

They are already here in zoos and animal parks. Many people in Africa poach game for something to eat. They don't just go to a grocery store and buy it.

Yes, on exchange basis.
Animals of Africa to US (to avoid poaching)
and People of US to Africa (to be poached).

You'd need the right environment, and lots of space. There are a few attempts out there, though. Ever hear of Lion Country Safari in San Diego County, CA?

The real answer, though, is education. Poachers need to be starved out of their careers. They don't kill for food. They kill for furs, tusks, and other useless trinkets.
