what if i drink milk afterward for calcium?

yes it does. it removes the calcium in our bones so eventually it does make us shorter

no, but u should stop drinking coffee because it's not so good for your body and has secondary effects like : if you drink it in the morning in afternoon you will look more tired and feel it.
drink another things to be more energic or take e a cold shower in the morning that will definitely work!

This question tells me you might be shorter than average? Don't worry about it and enjoy the stuff. There are lots of benefits to it and getting shorter has never ever been proven in a proper study of any kind!

No, but the caffeine may stop your calcium absorbing.

any drink that has caffeine will prevent your body from absorbing calcium....so yes...all coffee have caffeine unless it's decaffeinated i guess.....so just don't drink too much
....that's all i know
