It is not a sonnet, a sonnet has 14 lines
It rhymes so the answer is not c
It is not blank verse
So the answer is A. suprise ending.

I just finishedan essay on this poem for my Lit. class.

B and C are the same thing, so you know that's not it.

A sonnet usually consists of 13 lines, so it's not D.

The answer is A.
