Money is no object: I need to know what is the best pickup truck to haul heavy loads, to work hard, and to endure the weekends at the mud hole. Thank you in advance.

Based on such heavy duty usage, it sounds like you need an american full sized 4 WD pick up factory rated for 1 ton + pay load in the cargo area. If you plan to tow heavy trailers you will want to get a dual wheel pick up for maximum towing capability at a loss though of some 4 WD mud hole capability. A chevy, ford, or dodge 2500 or 3500 model with heavy duty manual transmission, radiator, suspension, and rear axle will do it all for you - haul heavy loads in back, tow heavy trailers, drive axle deep through mud hole, and even snow plow in the winter up north. Driven empty, the ride will be harsh, stiff, and bouncy and gets better loaded. Now at the end of the model year. good deals can be found but to buy new expect to pay $35-50,000 depending on what options you want / need such as extended cab, leather, engine, stereo, etc. Although a diesel engine will give you better MPG than a gasoline motor, they often cost $5,000 + more than a gas same model truck and you would either really need the diesel's better torque for towing say to justify the 150,000 miles it tkes to recoup the price difference in fuel savings. Diesels can last much longer than gas motors - I like the medium truck cummins motors found in the Dodge trucks that are cummins factory rated for 300,000 miles and many are 500,000 miles and going strong. If you plan to buy used best buys seem to be 1992-1997 Dodge cummins diesel and Chevy 350 gas motor from 1994 -2002.
The japanese are targeting the USA truck market and while not so heavy duty rated, thei quality if expensive trucks give good rides and hold their value well such as the Nissan Titan and Toyota Tundra.

i would like to say i like the fords the best but the gmc is in my opinion the best looking. the fords do better off roading than the gmc though. for hauling stuff you would want a one ton diesel( ie a f-350) however the half ton trucks (ie f-150) are better in the muck. it really comes down to what floats your boat. And stay away from the damn Nissan Titan. That is the ugliest truck on the market. And no matter what anyone says a Toyota Tundra is NOT a full size truck.

Ford would be the best truck. They've introduced a new suspension with the new F-150's so now they handle alot better than most full sized pick-ups. Plus they're easy on the eyes.

Assuming you recommend protection rigidity automobiles, some might want to be offered by ability of DRMO public sale. all and sundry can keep at a DRMO public sale. i'm uncertain about the sale of protection rigidity automobiles that are not street criminal, or what the rules are governing automobiles pretty, yet in case you google "DRMO public sale", you'll stumble on their website and discover out.
