my ex bf cheated on me and we both sill love each other but i don't want to go back out with him cause there is another girl that he likes alittle and i don't trust him and he had his chance with me and he ruined it but its so hard and what makes it so hard is that he was my first true boyfriend that i loved and loved me..please help me..what can i do so its not so hard on me..it hurts so much cause i think of us holding hands and how sweet he was to me but please help me i feel like i'm dieing inside

the hardest parts of the day are the morning and night time. those are the times where people feel most alone. so hang out with your friends ALOT they will help you throuhg that. maybe stay over a friends house one night just so you aren't alone. talking to someone helps alot because you can get your feelings out. also write things down. if you do not want anyone to know about the pain you are in it's better to just sit in your room or go outside where it is nice out and write about it. getting how you feel out will help in your healing process.. good luck
