Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Don't diet -- make a real change that you can live with.
Don't eat because you are bored or lonely -- only eat when you are hungry.
Drink water instead of soda and drink at least 8 glasses a day. Water helps flush fat out of the body.
Walk 30 to 45 minutes EVERY DAY -- this is very important. If you lose weight without exercise you will be flabby. You will increase your body's metabolism naturally if you exercise for more than 20 minutes at a time. Walking is an exercise anyone can do. The fresh air is good for you. Sunshine is good for you; it gives you natural vitamin D. Walking a steady pace improves your posture. Over time, it may even increase your self-confidence when you find yourself walking farther as you lose weight.
There is no magic pill and losing weight quickly is unhealthy. 2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss. I know that sounds like it will take too long but trust me it is worth the effort. I was 250 lbs. when I was 18. I did just what I told you to do and by the time I turned 20 I weighed 140 lbs.

to your question: "Is there a way i can lose weight fast and easy without spending alot of money and is natural?", I would say "no". hahh if only life was so easy. exercise is the best way though. Its not easy, definitely, but you dont have to spend any money at all and it is natural.
Of course, you also have to watch your diet. No, dont diet, but rather, try to abstain from snack, or have self control. Give yourself a cap (to unhealthy snacks only!) and keep reducing it. Or try more healthy snacks. Eat more veggie and you might want to cut down A BIT on your carbo. All these I've just mentioned really depends on how much you are eating at the moment. Dont cut down anymore if you think you're eating ok. But be honest to yourself.
Glad you are so strongly against voluntary vomitting and dietary supplements:) Stay strong and all the best!

Get the words 'fast' and 'easy' out of your head. It's hard work but it's worth it and very rewarding. Reduce your portion sizes. Eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Eat lean meats and fish in smaller portions. You can safely lose weight by limiting yourself to 1500 calories a day and increasing your physical activity. You'd be surprised how much food you can pack into 1500 calories if you choose wisely. You can do it. Once you force yourself to stick to it for about 2-3 weeks, it will seem quite normal and much easier than you think. I should know, I've lost 60 lbs in the last year and trust me, I'm elated and it was worth all the work.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

You just need to get out of the house - ride your bike, run as much as you can tolerate, try a sport. Stop eating junk food, fast food and soda. Make sure you don't eat late at night. If your parents have good insurance, they might even be able to get you an appointment with a nutritionist. At 15 you should never 'diet', the only thing you need to do is eat better.

You'll be alright and will get this!
You just need to monitor everything, everytime you eat/go to eat. This will show you what needs to change.
I'd say to make sure to eat breakfast and go down in calories from there. What I mean is; eat a big breakfast and less and less as the day goes on.
You can also increase your physical excercise and water intake to offset the weight.
Remember to not let the nasty people be the excuse for you to grab something and say oh well!

Ok, fatty, fat, McFatterson. Ya got a lot of excuses going for ya. It's your body. You gotta do it. So, your self conscience about sports - how about walking, riding a bike, skating? Ya know some solo or small group stuff.
no more soda/pop/coke
Don't eat/drink anything with high fructose corn syrup.
no more McDonalds etc
Eat better food, and less of it. And move your body!
It takes work. How long did it take you to grow it?? Well it's gonna take you that long to loose it! So get to work! Make up your mind. It's the one thing in life you MUST be in control of.
PS - I'm working off the fatty McFattersons myself

Try the Mayo Clinic guide to Healthy Weight. It very clear about the right approach to weight loss.
Dieting is not recommended, specially if you try to do it fast. try changing your lifestyle. You have to be aware of how much you eat every day.
You should try keeping a journal of everything you eat for a couple of weeks and then you´ll have an idea of what you are doing wrong.
you should try to limit your daily calorie intake to 1500 to 2000 per day. and exercise about 3 days a week. you should aim to loose 2 pounds per week maximun.
don´t do to much to soon. think of it as marathon instead than a sprint.

Yes. Eating large amounts of healthy foods will give you more weight. No if will not make you look chubby because you will not be consuming tons of fat, youll be consuming tons of proteins. Although please think this through. While you may be underweight on "the charts" you might be the right size for you, but only you would know that. I am 5'7'' and I was the average 145 lb, but i looked and felt chubby so i went down to 125 and it feels right. Just consider it.
