I know, you just CAN'T take them serious. They're like "Reefer Madness" or other OUTRAGEOUS movies, they just go OVERBOARD in their hatefulness.

I remember those tracts and still have one or two in storage. I once met Jack Chick in person at a home in southern California. I asked him if he really believed what he wrote about the Catholic Church starting secret societies and or religions or was he just paranoid? Some of his tracts are actually very good for the time they came out which was mostly in the early 80's and 90's. There is not enough verification in his books or tracts to prove alot of his allegations about the Catholic Church but I do agree with him that that Church overall lacks telling people the simple Gospel truth about salvation since I am an ex-catholic and never heard how to get to heaven for the 20 years I was considered a catholic.

Yes, The famous and Paranoid Jack T Chick. I like some of his Tracts and comics. But, I think a lot of his conspiracy Theory's he can do with out. Because he has no real tangible proof that the Roman Catholic Church Created Islam. Or, Help the Nazi party with the Holocaust. He is very overboard on things. But, he Dose have a point on Catholics having A to serious Devotion to the Virgin Mary. Statues Placed in Roman Church's that seem a little to Pagan. And Hey I'm raised Catholic. And there's a lot I don't like with the New Dogmas. I don't accept them.

They worked really well in Peru (Spanish) Actually my daughters liked them so much I had them all at one point, and they chose the ones they liked to share in school with their friends. I make tracts myself, so I like to check them all. They also have this "comic books" a lot of them are cool, the only but I have is the ones that attack catholics (my mom is a christian too and she doesn't like chick at all) but eat the corn and spit the rocks right? I've done a lot of one to one evangelism, and half of it in Peru, and you'll never get a person's attention by attacking their religion or telling them they are going to hell to start. They will get a deeper understanding later, first they need to know the love of God and get born again. There's born again believers in every denomination, and there are also the "religious" ones. God will separate the chaff from the wheat later.

i imagine that folk who post a number of those issues are egotistical and hateful.... that is for sale as loving persuasion, yet is amazingly confrontational and assumes that the guy's own faith is "the only genuine one"... I do only not realize why we'd want to be accurate - why we'd want to accuse others of no longer having sufficient actuality..... shameful...
