No, but here's why...I define "sexy" as any action that reduces the physical barriers between two people. For example, wearing a speghetti-strap sun dress is sexier than jeans and a sweater. Or, a bikini is sexy compared to a one-piece swimsuit. Simply wearing a shorter haircut doesn't do much toward that end. That being said, short hair doesn't make a woman unattractive. A woman's eyes, mouth, figure, etc. make her attractive. The sexiest woman I know once wore her hair really short, but I saw that that as part of her overall presentation.

Nope not at all. Sometimes very short cuts can be cute, but less then an inch is just to short, even collar length or slightly shorter can be super hot though!

it depends on the womens skin..alot of women have really beautiful skin and it dont matter what type hair style they have
