Most of all -if you havent been exercising at all- you should get a health check up first.
There might be some excercises you shouldnt be doing.
If everything is OK you should start with cardio training and after your heart rate is steady move on to other things

Try & walk for at least 20 - 30 minutes a day or at least 3-4 times a week. I love walking & I always feel so much better. Mood wise & more energy.

Walking is very good, and the cheapest of all. Swimming is good too, and weights build muscle. (not just for the muscle-bound!)

jogging, walking, running, or biking daily for at least 30 minutes is good for your health. also doing ab workouts or other weightless workouts every night is a good way to stay in shape
