Does anyone ever feel as if they are living inside of a portrait or a photo...like everything is right in front of you but too far to touch.

It sound like dissociation: watching yourself in the mist of people, yet not being there!
Also being able to be in any situation and become what everyone expects you to be, which in turn causes your inner self to morn.

No, but sometimes I feel like our entire world is just a fleck or spec of dirt under the fingernail of some gigantic being that doesn't even know we are here.
