Ah, women and their lofty expectations.
Average height of an American man is 5'8".
That's AVERAGE, meaning that there's a good couple that are actually 5'8", and the rest of us fall between being shorter and taller than that.
Just amazes me how painfully shallow and superficial today's women are...really, it's just mind boggling.
Time to loosen up your looks-first, brains and heart second strategy and look for a good man who will treat you right...I promise you, you'll be much happier in the end.
Lastly, before you start flaming me and saying it's because I'm a troll who can't get any, etc., I'm 6'3", 240 and am happily involved.

I personally don't date people shorter than I am, simply because it makes me feel uncomfortable. It kind of feels weird when you're walking in public holding hands and you know everyone is staring at the couple who has the female taller than the male. But, it just also happens that each guy I like happens to be taller than me. In general, I never look for height in a man, at least not #1, or even #5 for that matter, because it's not about that. You have to dig deeper in a man than just the outer appearance; that's just the way it goes. I always look at his heart, which is #1, then I look at his morals and personality, etc. But I'm not usually one to judge height as #1, that wouldn't be complete.

that is not "unnatractive" that is in basic terms considered as unusual, and unusual is more suitable unique, so somewhat that is more suitable pleasing than being the final boring height, even if it relies upon who precisely you're talking to. i'd discover it extremely uncomfortable courting someone who replaced into 5'4 yet it really is purely because Im a 14 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous female who's already 5'7.. i wager there are a range of many many solutions for your question! sturdy success!

i can honestly say most women do look for a man very close to 6 feet, unless she's very short, lets say 5 feet tall. (by the way i do prefer a 6' foot man but my sweetie is only 5'9". He's not the best looking but honestly i'd date the ugliest man if he treated me right"
My top 3 things i look for aren't really all looks. They are:
1. caring personality
2. Nice Teeth
3. same faith

Well it shouldn't have an effect on anything, but it does a lot of times. I'm 5'3" and if a guy is a lot shorter than me, I don't want to go out with them. And it shouldn't be in the top three or even top five.

DEFINTELY NOT!!
I like someone who is at least 4 inches shorter than me, although I would like him to be within 2 inches, I would DEFINITELY NOT stop likeing him just because of his height.
Oh yea, when I started likeing him, he was almost a foot shorter than me.
