almost close, when adressing a group of people you say: barak allah fekom بارك الله فيكم

بارك الله بكم is one translation ,others are:
باركك الله barakaki Allah ,female
barakaka Allah, male
بارككم الله ,barakakum Allah ,group

your sentence says Barak Allah Bikom which means god bless you all (plural)

But if you want god bless you (singular) it is Barak Allah Feek

yes, just change the last word with feekom instead of bikum.
