Ok I think everyone is being just a bit rude in answering this question. God even my 24 year old sister in law wouldn't be able to figure this one out,
Ok first off the ranch dressing he referred to was his c-u-m. The buns were your "buns" as in your butt. So what he was trying to say was he wanted to have sex with you anally. In which case this was a code of misconduct and sexual harrassment and you have all the right to sue. Rock on!
