This guy who broke up with me a couple of months ago always calls me, checks my blog page, and asks my friends about me....what does that mean?

I wouldn't say regularly. Once in a while maybe, just to see how you are. After all, the two of you have been very close. However, that really depends on how you both ended your relationship and what you both decided to be afterwards - friends, best friends, or even enemies.
In your case, could be that your ex still hasn't gotten over you. He could still be harboring feelings for you, OR, he's just truly concerned about you. If you're bothered by his attention, talk to him. Let him know you're bothered by it and clear the air up with him. Ask him why he's doing all that and after that, you can put him in his right place. It's better to know than to just keep silent and wonder about his intentions.

Does he also "accidentally" runs into you in the street or in front of your house or hangs out at your favorite hangout? If so, he still wants you, but he might not even know that. There are some guys who think they're doing that just to make sure you don't get hurt again and end up surprised when they find out they still like their ex. Why don't you ask him why he's still cheking up on you? You don't have to make it a serious conversation, ask him playfully and pretend you're joking. He'll answer you and than you'll be completely sure. There's no other way.

It means he is still interested in you, pissed about the breakup, wants to be friends, or wants to get back together. Most people who break up and mean it don't "check up" on their ex's. If you were talking and were casual friends, but because you aren't it would either be him not being over your breakup or him wanting to hook back up - or maybe he's just checking in to make sure you aren't doing better than he is.

He hasn't let go. He is looking into too much which really kinda scares me. If this habit become less and less then I would not worry. But it is not the normal habit of an ex boyfriend. ( but may be a ex husband)

well, he certainly hasn't gotten over u. does he have a gf? do u have a bf? this could affect his caring nature. talk to him and ask him why he is doing all he is doing, and ask him if he still has feelings for u. If u have feelings for him and he for u, well, u won't be broken up anymore!

well, it could just be that you guys were close, and he still cares about you. he may not want to be with you, but maybe he just wants to be there as a friend for you.
