He should see a doctor. This is not necessarily a sign of cheating. He could have shaved and maybe its a reaction to that.He could have an infection that isn't from sex.Unfortunately it also sounds like it could be herpes.Good luck with everything and before you get to upset with him ,please keep in mind that people can have something for a long time before showing signs.

Herpes, maybe? I wouldn't sleep with him until he sees a doctor and gets a diagnosis. He may not be lying ,herpes can be carried for years and the person doesn't know because the initial outbreak when contracted was so mild. Then years later comes back. Go with him to the doctors or have him show you a report that says what it is. Anyway, girl you should be making him use a condom, whats up with that????

Honey you have two choices, make him see a doctor and be sitting there when they tell him whats on his dick, or run like hell. Do not believe anything he says at this point. Your health is more important, don't compromise or risk your own health of LIFE for this guy.

If dots are smooth coloring under skin, then this is like a bruise. Had long hard use of it, or just stayed hard for extended amount of time.
To get hard and stay hard, this organ fills with blood, can create pressure and leave marks.
Harmless will disappear in a few days.

Often none at all. Rarely painful or itchy.
Warts - may not be present but when they are they tend to grow in the genital area in both men and women. In addition, they may be seen in or around the urethra, anus and sometimes the mouth, lips, tongue and throat. The warts may vary in appearance but typically - HPV is spread by close genital contact, and is thus nearly always sexually transmitted.
In Men - May only be diagnosed if warts can be seen. A vinegar solution is sometimes applied to the skin to help visualize flat warts.....hpv virus.........
