Easy kiddo. get you a cigerette. any kind will do but you might want to find one, just one that will do the job. Nowaddamean!!
Next go to your room, house, buddies, wherever and smoke said cig. Make sure there is some kind of music source nearby. Maybe light a candle or close the shades or sit on the dam porch but get into a mood and listen to the music, your surroundings, your friend, or yourself. and relfect on all the good things in your life. If nothing good learn to forgive yourself in this moment. No one is perfect, if we were you wouldn't have demons messin with your head. When your ready go grab a bite to eat and watch the baseball game. Go team!!

are you saved have you asked Jesus to come into your heart and save you what you have to do now is begin to call on the name of Jesus and say i rebuke every thought that is not of God and i commmand it to leave me in the name of Jesus i am praying for you right now ,fill yourself with Gods word The bible says that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, turn on some gospel music and begin to sing to God praise none stop i do not care if you stay up all night dont stop until the thoughts leave but if you havent asked Jesus to come into your heart and for give you of your sins do it now and you shall be saved and ask God in Jesus name for peace For the bible says that God is not the author of confusion but the author of peace say this out loud and mean what you say email back if you want more advise be blessesd
