I met her in a club down in old Soho where they drink champagne and it tastes just like cherry cola. Well, I'm not the world's most passionate guy, but when she squeezed me tight, she nearly broke my spine. An adam's apple is the least of your worries. Ask to see her beaver.

Take a good look at "her" hands. Do they seem rather large for a woman? Also, the face is a dead give away more often than not.
On the oether hand just enjoy the relationship and see if she has something to tell you a little later down the road. Until then just enjoy yourselves. You may be worrying about nothing.

not really some women have like an adams apple look at the face structure see if the cheek bones are long and come to a point at the chin feel the hair a woman has fine silky hair where a man is much more course

this enlarged adams apple is because she probably spends too much time in tanning beds. The orange glow makes everything seem bigger andmore defined.
I wouldn't be worried until you find out if the beaver is actually a poll....

yes...its quite possible that she is a man, bc women dont have adams apples. better check for a bulge in a certain area?! although a tuck is possible, so maybe a swim trip or sex to see for ssure.
