Hire a reputable Estate Sale Auctioneer to come in, appraise, advertise, and sell your belongings. It is far and away the easiest way to liquidate your belongings while getting top dollar for the items that warrant top dollar. Sure, you'll pay a percentage to the firm handling this but it would be more than you could do yourself. Just make sure you get multiple references from others that have used their service before you hire them.. Good Luck..

Call an auctioneer. Decide what you want for it all and have them deal with it. You can tell them the lowest you will take for everything including the house.
You can get it all done in just a few days. And the closing on the house will go quicker that way , too.

Good Luck! Sorry to hear about your sister.

The little stuff at a garage sale. The big stuff on e-bay. The stuff that would be too expensive to send by mail a local dealer.

E-BAY is the fastest and a way to list globally. These people just want to take advantage of you. Beware of making deals from this question forum. I am in Dallas and the classic car market is BOOMING!!!

Sale what you can now that you know will sale, The rest of your things have a Trusted Relative/Friend to OVERSEE/ AND SALE EVERYTHING ELSE FOR YOU WHILE YOU ARE OUT OF TOWN. THEY WILL THEN SEND YOU THE MONEY. Perhaps you could give them something for their time/effort.

if you want to take it with you hire a packing and moving company to do it for you. If you don't want it sell the house as it furnishings and all, or you can take things to the pawn shop or a thrift shop or local homeless shelter.
