BP? Blood pressure? Butter peanuts? Burping Penguins? I don't think I'd like burping penguins with my caramel. They'd smell like anchovies, and ruin the caramel.

Did you mean PB as in peanut butter? And did you mean CARAMEL? Ever have a caramel Reeses peanut butter cup? Yes, they do exist and no, it's not disgusting. It's just peanut butter and caramel. I can think of a lot more disgusting things.
